Participants are required to complete the registration form below and consent to the collection of personal data, as well as agree to the terms and conditions of Sportiverse HK.

Procedure

• Upon receipt of the registration form, Sportiverse HK will contact participants via email with details for payment of the tour fee. Participants are required to make a deposit payment via bank transfer and retain the deposit slip or online banking transaction screenshot. Please email us the payment confirmation for verification. The registration process will be successfully completed upon confirmation of receipt of payment.

• After confirmation of payment, participants will receive a confirmation email to verify successful registration. The remaining tour fee will be collected after the tour is confirmed, and participants will be notified via email.

• If the tour is confirmed, an orientation meeting will be held approximately one month before departure to invite registered participants. In the event that the tour does not meet the minimum number of participants, a full refund will be issued.
